Learners Sponsor Overview
Thanks for your interest in joining the Learner’s platform as a Sponsor! This is an incredible way to support the community, while branding your company and enabling awesome education and training:
- Join Local meetings as a sponsor
- Meet & network with attendees
- Engage with Leaders & Speakers in the platform and at the events
- Join Regional “Roadshow” meetings in your area as a sponsor(1)
- Meet new prospective customers, and dazzle existing customers by inviting them to the meetings
- Extend your presence at national events like Community Summit & AI Agent & Copilot Summit as a sponsor(1)

Here is how you get started:
1. Become a member of Learners or Log into your existing account
2. Fill out the “Sponsor Opportunity Form” form, which defines what type of partner you are, the Microsoft solutions you align with, your target customer and more
3. Choose the locations for which you would be available to sponsor
IMPORTANT:
A fee of $500 for the 3-month recurring (auto-renew) subscription is required to be on the list. The card used to make the initial sponsorship payment will be used to auto-renew the membership 3 months from the initial sign-up date unless you opt out of auto-renewal at least 10 business days before the renewal date. If you choose to opt out of auto-renewal, if the card on file is no longer valid, and/or if the administrator changes, please submit a ticket. Please also note that F&B cost for sponsoring local meetings are in addition to the $500 subscription quarterly fees.
